It has been nice and hot lately and I’ve been making a lot of smoothies. One of my favourites for when I am craving something sweet is this choco-nana Smoothie. The first time I heard about it was when I did Whole 30. Since then I’ve seen all sorts of variations. Change up what milk is used if you would rather use skim, almond, or something else. If you want it a smidgen sweeter add a little honey.
GIVE THIS A TRY NEXT TIME YOU NEED SOMETHING COOL TO DRINK
- 1 cup of rice milk
- 15 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- Put all of the ingredients into your blender and mix. It is that simple! You could add a little more cocoa powder to taste.
